The client is a multinational company and the world’s biggest beverage manufacturing company. They are facing a challenge in sales reporting for Egypt, India, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, South Africa and the USA region.

Challenges

  • Manual Data Sourcing: Relying on manual data collection from multiple partners is time-consuming and prone to errors.
  • Data Quality Issues: Inconsistency in data formats, missing data, and inaccuracies can significantly impact the reliability of reports.
  • Insufficient Granularity: The existing reports lack a detailed breakdown of sales by channel, making it difficult to analyze performance at a granular level.

Solutions

Integrate with bottlers systems with single automated PepsiCo reporting solution, without manual intervention, enabling a seamless flow of sales data. This is a scalable solution currently being built for AMESA. Future plan is to extend this to APAC. Long term goal is also to integrate Snacks.

Results

Improve data quality by eliminating manual intervention. Timely reporting, reduce adhoc requests to bottlers. Enable channel strategy across clusters based on enhanced data quality and analytics. Single source of data for Sales, Finance, and Controls reporting.
